Jerome is a small village enclosed by Springfield on the city's southwest side, with mid-century housing making up much of the stock. Those homes are now at the point where original ductwork and long-serving equipment both warrant a look.
Mid-century construction here tends toward modest duct sizing and limited return air, which shows up as uneven room temperatures. Improving return capacity often does more for comfort than replacing the equipment, and we check it before quoting anything larger.
